Customer Service Representative

This role involves taking customer orders over the phone and making outbound courtesy calls to existing customers and contacts. These calls are particularly important as many customers live alone and the phone calls they receive are often the only contact they may have in a single day. As such, many customers become very attached to their “friends” at Heart to Home Meals.

The ultimate goal is to provide a service to our customers that exceeds their expectations while at the same time continuously improving our processes.

Field Marketing Representative

This new and exciting position has been developed to promote our company throughout the local community and to forge stronger relationships with any potential partners within the senior living and social care sector. This may include working with Health Care Professionals, local charities engaged in supporting the needs of the elderly or other organizations that have an interest in serving the needs of seniors in our community.

The successful candidate will be given all the tools and support necessary to succeed in building the companies relationship with key personnel, building and maintaining a strong brand reputation, and attracting new customers to our service.
